Refunds Policy


We understand there may be occasions which may require cancellation of your order. Refunds cannot be made where courses have been completed and accreditations have been awarded.

There is a 14-day cooling-off period if you want to cancel the purchase of a course that has not been completed. To do this, please email us at requesting the refund and supplying the following informations

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Course Purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

Refunds Following Cancellation

In the event of a cancelation within the 14 day cooling off period, a refund will be made directly back to the card or paypal account it was purchased from. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellations.

Refunds After Cooling Off Period

In exceptional circumstances, we will refund courses that were purchased outside the 14-day cooling-off period. Decisions on refunds made after the cooling-off period will be decided on a case by case basis. However, refunds typically will not be made where the course has been accessed or started by the learner. To make a refund request, please email giving the following details

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Course purchased
  • Date the course was purchased
  • Reasons for refund request

No refund will apply where courses have been completed or large parts of the course have been accessed.
